What if I want to return my products?

To return your products, you must  email us

  • Equipment can be returned within 14 days of receiving it if you are unsure of your choice. Please contact our customer service team before returning to get an authorisation code. The equipment must be returned in a re-saleable condition with all box contents accounted for. Please note that you will be charged for any usage during this time. If you have entered into a contract with no equipment then you have 14 days from the date of your agreement.

  • If you would like to cancel your agreement after your 14-day cooling off period, you will be required to give 30 days’ notice and a cancellation fee may apply.

Please Note:
We will not accept any returns unless a returns authorisation number (RAN) has been issued and included in the returned items. Any returns without a RAN will be returned to the sender.

We want you to be happy with your purchase from 4thwavetech.com, but in the unlikely event you need to return your equipment, you can do so within 14 days from the date of delivery.

You can only return your equipment if the goods are in a resalable condition and therefore we can only accept items back if:

  • The equipment is ‘As New’ and can be resold on at full value

  • All the original accessories returned to us in the condition they were provided

  • You have informed us you wish to return your equipment within 14 days from delivery

  • You have a valid RA number - email us to get this

  • After informing us you wish to return your equipment, you then have a further 14 days from the point you have informed us to ensure the equipment is sent back to us.

What if my equipment is faulty?

Please Note:
We will not accept any returns unless a returns authorisation number (RAN) has been issued and included in the returned items. Any returns or exchanges without a RAN will be returned to the sender.

If your equipment is deemed faulty ‘out of the box’ then you have 30 days (from the date of delivery) in which to tell us about this and ensure the product is returned to us with all its original contents.

If your equipment develops a fault outside of this 30 day period then it is covered by the manufacturer warranty, 12 months for all equipment and you should contact the manufacturer directly.
